Remember our blog about CardinalVision's website? Well, looks like CardinalVision has responded (indirectly, of course) and taken down their website. Here's what it looks like right now (minus the BSULN WIN! of course).

So now they are working on getting up a website for the THIRD time (as the new CardinalVision). Third time is the charm right? Hopefully they'll finish it.

Let's take this time to review some other awesome stuff the new CardinalVision has done:

Our staff still loves that they poured money into a Battle of the Bands concert. Can't wait to see what they have in store for everyone! Hopefully they'll bring back advertising the numerous quality shows on their network (we're probably not included in that category) and, just maybe, bring back advertising the station in the dorms and in front of the library this spring.

And now, to quote Ben Goldenberg, a former General Manager of Cardinal Vision 57: "The student producers have the freedom to create almost any kind of content they want, a freedom most producers only dream of receiving. Viewers will see new and creative work they will not see anywhere else and may never have a chance to see again. I encourage all of Ball State's students, staff and faculty to check out what their very own telecommunications department is working on. Who knows, - you could be seeing the next David Letterman."

So, come back to us CardinalVision, stop worrying about getting advertisers on the shows or turning a profit and start introducing the station to the millions of students on Ball State's campus. (Although, if you do find that you're making money off your numerous bake sales or do get advertising, I think we speak for all the shows when we say don't blow it on a Battle of the Bands concert. We really would love to stop using the VHS tapes.)

As always, we love you CardinalVision. Truly, madly, deeply, passionately even!
